David Furbush has over 40 years of experience representing corporate officers and directors, venture capitalists, and other major shareholders in securities litigation and investigations. Mr. Furbush has defended dozens of large shareholder class actions, M&A lawsuits, derivative suits, SEC investigations and enforcement actions, and internal corporate investigations.
Prior to forming his own practice, Mr. Furbush practiced for forty years at major international law firms, including Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, O'Melveny & Myers, and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
